Food security
If my neighbour doesn't have food security, then clearly neither do I.
This became clear to me some while ago, and as a result of this I am keen to see us growing a lot more food on this island.
There are lots of ways we can do this. The obvious ones that can be started now are
The ones which take longer to setup are the larger scale ones.
In the case of larger areas, suitable land needs to be indentified, and then rights or permission gained to use it for food production. This might include property owned by a sympathetic individual or family, Council (community) owned land, or land leased from absentee owners.
